Terms and conditions

If there is damage to the unit inside and out, the tenant pays for the damage.
In the following you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.


All prices stated in Lægårdens Camping’s online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners. A fee is imposed on payments with foreign payment cards, which is clearly stated before the payment is made.

Information about trading on the Internet

You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan or motorhome, you will be presented with a contract from Lægårdens Camping, in which the account for your purchase appears. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Lægårdens Camping on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
If you cancel within 14 days after the order has been placed, the entire amount can be refunded, but see below:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded the entire amount with the exception of an administration fee of DKK. 400,¬. (Reservation fee)
If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival, you will get half of the amount refunded.
If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid.

Registration of information

Lægårdens Camping registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information given in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Lægårdens Camping keeps the registration for 5 years.
Lægårdens Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Complaint processing

If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or contact Lægårdens Camping on the phone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within 5 days after the stay has ended. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Købelovens §83, stk. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Lægårdens Camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Lægårdens Camping will decide whether the item received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
